• Personal information items to be collected
  In order to service, the company collects Personal information items as follows.

  The personal information will never be used for other purposes. If the purposes change, the company will do a process required such as requesting separate consent from the users(It follows Article 18 of PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION ACT). // If the users agree to information being disclosed; or if required to be disclosed by the investigative agencies, the company is able to disclose it. The Company will use personal information for purposes as follows:
• Performance of contract and service fee settlement regarding provision of services
• To provide information on promotional events as well as opportunity to participate, delivery of the giveaways, service of contents, purchase or payments.

  To Identify based on usage of membership service, to detect and deter unauthorized or fraudulent use of or abuse of the service, checking ages, to check legal representative consent when the company collects Personal information items of children, to deal with complaints from customers, to deliver notification, to check utilization status of the contents in games, to evaluate in order to improve services and setting-up users' experiences so that much improved services can be provided by the company to the users.
• Marketing activities and Advertisement, Usage to commission external professional companies(subcontractors) or provide service tie-up.
  Improvement of existing services and development of new services, to provide information on promotional events as well as opportunity to participate, to provide service and place advertisements based on statistical characteristics, to make statistics on member’s service usage, to help you connect with other users you already know and, with your permission, allow other users to connect with you.

• Period of retention and use of recipient
  The Company will retain member information for the period designated by membership. The company will destroy the user's personal information upon request. The company will use technological methods to ensure the data cannot be recovered. However, the company will retain it for up to 14 days in order to recover damage from illegal use of the user’s name temporarily. If any information is to be retained as required by relevant laws and regulations, the company will retain it for the period as required by those laws and regulations before destruction. Or if the users have consent individually, the company is able to retain it.

• Procedure and method of destruction of personal information
  In principle, the Company destructs personal information of users without delay when: the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved.
• Procedure of destruction
  Even if the purpose of the data collection and use has been achieved or the duration has expired, the company is able to retain the information according to relevant laws and regulations. In such case, the company will move the address of the Database or change the place of storage.
  
  If any information is to be retained as required by relevant laws and regulations, in such event, the personal information will never be used for other purposes.
  
  The company will select the information based on the reason of destruction and destruct it under a staff responsible.

  - The Company destructs: hard copies of personal information by shredding with a pulverizer or incinerating it; and delete personal information stored in the form of electric file by using technological method making that information not restored.

• The company manages personal information deleted by the users or their legal representatives based on “Period of retention and use of recipient” and it will not be used for other purposes.

㈜조프소프트(이하 "회사"라 함)는 통신비밀보호법, 전기통신사업법, 개인정보 보호법, 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 등 정보통신서비스제공자가 준수하여야 할 관련 법령상의 개인정보보호 규정을 준수하며, 관련 법령에 의거한 개인정보취급방침을 정하여 이용자 권익 보호에 최선을 다하고 있습니다.

본 개인정보취급방침은 회사가 제공하는 게임서비스 및 관련 제반 서비스 이용에 적용되며 다음과 같은 내용을 담고 있습니다.

이 개인정보취급방침에서 사용하는 용어의 뜻은 관련 법령 및 당 사의 이용약관에서 정한 바에 따르며, 그 밖의 사항은 일반적인 상관례에 따릅니다.

- 페이스북 계정으로 로그인(이용자가 공개 설정한 경우에 한함): 페이스북 ID로 사용하는 이메일 주소, 프로필 사진, 성명

2) 개인정보 수집방법

- 게임 구매 후 최초 실행 시, 네트워크 접속 시, 상점내 아이템 구매 시, 페이스북 혹은 구글 계정을 이용한 로그인 시, 고객센터 이용 시, 콘텐츠 및 서비스 프로모션/이벤트 진행 시 등록된 동의 시스템이나 별도 동의 절차를 구비하여 수집

- 개인정보 추가 수집에 동의를 받은 경우 동의 받은 정보에 한하여 수집

- 고객님은 위의 개인정보 제공을 거부할 수 있으며, 거부할 경우 서비스의 일부 또는 전체의 이용이 불가능할 수 있습니다.

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적                                                                                                                                                                                          

회사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 활용합니다. 회사가 처리하고 있는 개인정보는 다음의 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 개인정보 보호법 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행할 예정입니다. 단, 고객님이 사전에 개인정보 공개에 동의하거나 법령 규정에 의거한 경우, 수사기관의 정해진 절차에 따른 요구가 있는 경우에는 외부에 공개할 수 있습니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간                                                                                                                                                                                          

이용자의 동의 하에 수집된 개인정보는 회원 자격이 유지되는 동안 보유 및 이용되며, 해지를 요청한 경우에는 재생할 수 없는 방법에 의하여 디스크에서 완전히 삭제하며 추후 열람이나 이용이 불가능한 상태로 처리됩니다.                                                                                                                                                                                        

단, 회사는 개인정보 도용 등으로 인한 피해 발생시 복구와 피해자 보호 등을 위해 회원의 ID는 해지한 날로부터 최대 14일 동안 임시로 보관할 수 있으며 이후에는 재생할 수 없는 방법으로 완전히 삭제합니다. 또한, 개별적으로 회원의 동의를 받은 경우나 상법, 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

4. 개인정보의 파기절차 및 방법                                                                                                                                                                                           

회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

고객님이 회원가입 등을 위해 입력하신 정보는 동의 받은 개인정보 보유기간이 경과하거나 목적이 달성된 후에도 불구하고 기타 관련 법령에 의한 정보보호 사유에 따라(보유 및 이용기간 참조) 계속 보존하여야 하는 경우에는, 해당 개인정보를 별도의 데이터베이스(DB)로 옮기거나 보관장소를 달리하여 보존합니다.                                                                                                                                                                                          

별도 DB로 옮겨진 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 보유되어지는 이외의 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다. 회사는 파기 사유가 발생한 개인정보를 선정하고, 회사의 개인정보 보호책임자의 승인을 받아 개인정보를 파기합니다.                                                                                                                                                                                       

2) 파기방법                                                                                                                                                                                       

- 전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다. 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기합니다.

회사는 서비스 향상을 위해서 아래와 같이 개인정보의 취급을 위탁하고 있습니다. 회사는 관계법령에 따라 개인정보 취급위탁 시 개인정보가 안전하게 관리될 수 있도록 필요한 사항을 규정, 운영하고 있습니다.

8. 회원 및 법정대리인의 권리와 그 행사방법                                                                                                                                                                                  

- 회원 및 법정 대리인은 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신 혹은 당해 16세 미만 아동(이하 ‘아동’)의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며 가입 해지를 요청할 수도 있습니다. 회사는 '아동)의 개인정보에 대한 수집·이용·제공 등의 동의가 필요한 경우, 아동의 동의와 별도로 법정대리인의 동의를 받습니다. 이를 위하여 회사는 법정대리인의 성명, 연락처 등 필요한 최소한의 정보를 요구할 수 있습니다. 이와 같이 수집된 법정대리인의 개인정보는 해당 법정대리인의 동의여부를 확인하는 목적 외의 용도로 이용되거나 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다.

- 회원 혹은 아동의 개인정보 조회/수정을 위해서는 ‘개인정보변경’(또는 ‘회원정보수정’ 등)을 가입 해지(동의 철회)를 위해서는 “회원탈퇴”를 클릭 하여 본인 확인 절차를 거치신 후 직접 열람, 정정 또는 탈퇴가 가능합니다. 혹은 개인정보관리책임자에게 서면, 전화 또는 콘텐츠 내의 ‘문의하기’로 연락하시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.
